How does it work? Entomology ecology
has shown that it's the female mosquito that bites, when they are
in breeding season. The biggest threat to females at this stage
is a male mosquito. Mosquito Away exploits this fact by mimicking
the sound of the male mosquito.
Is it harmful to my family or pets? The
sound emitted from the device is harmless to humans, baby and pets.
If a person is too sensitive to the sound, just turn the unit off.
Usage Tips: When you turn the unit on,
you will hear a sound. After use, press the button off and the sound
will stop immediately. Clip the unit to your clothing or backpack,
or stand it on a table. Do not let the unit come in contact with
water. If the unit gets wet, turn it off and remove the battery.
Reinsert the battery after the unit and battery are dry.
